Apex Teams Coaching Deposit

Choose between our Gold and Silver Team coaching for small group sessions (max of 4 people per session). Sessions will consist of coaching specific to the needs of each individual. We will only connect climbers of similar abilities and goals in which to ensure we’re creating optimal learning for all. Sometimes this means you will be on a 1-1 or 1-2 session ratio at no addition cost as to ensure these key aspects are maintained.

This subscription also comes with fully personalised training plans and online support for each individual. Designed for when you need any extra advice, support and when ordering from our retail partners for massive discounts on a large range of climbing kit! (I.e half price climbing shoes).

We will then get in touch to arrange sessions and monthly payment details.

SILVER: £40 p/m
A rolling monthly tailored training plan, unlimited online support & a monthly, 1hr coaching session with the Team!
All Silver plan aspects apply, within a small group setting (4 or less) in which to capitalise on group training psych & motivation. You will be climbing with a group of similar climbers, practising and training alongside each other during sessions.

GOLD: £55 p/m
A rolling monthly tailored training plan, unlimited online support, monthly coaching and TWO, 1 hour coached sessions per month with the Team.
Includes all aspects of the Gold plan, within a small group (4 or less) setting in which to capitalise on group training psych and motivation. You will be climbing with a group of a similar climbers, practising and training alongside each other.
